Connettore per cavi ShiverPeaks BS57015 3,5 mm nero maschio/femmina

The ShiverPeaks BS57015 3.5 mm Black Male/Female wire connector is a compact coupling solution designed for common audio and low-voltage signal connections. Its 3.5 mm diameter fits standard mini-jack interfaces and the male/female arrangement allows extension, inline repairs, or temporary hookups between compatible cables and devices. The black finish provides a neutral appearance that blends with most audio equipment and cable assemblies.

Advantages

This wire connector provides straightforward mechanical mating between male and female 3.5 mm plugs, offering consistent contact and simple installation without soldering in many setups. The compact form factor reduces bulk in cable runs while maintaining a reliable electrical connection. Constructed for general-purpose use, it is suitable for repeated insertion cycles and offers compatibility with standard mini-jack plugs used in audio players, headsets, and small electronic devices.

Suitable for

• Extending headphone or audio cables with a 3.5 mm connection
• Temporary or permanent inline repairs of damaged mini-jack leads
• Connecting portable audio players, smartphones, tablets, and computer sound outputs
• Prototyping and small electronics projects requiring a standard 3.5 mm interface

Key specifications

• Connector size: 3.5 mm (standard mini-jack)
• Configuration: Male to female coupling
• Colour: Black
• Application: Audio and low-voltage signal connections
• Form factor: Inline connector for cable-to-cable joining

How to use

Align the male plug with the female socket and insert firmly until the connector seats to ensure a reliable electrical contact. For cable extension, connect the two cable ends via the male/female coupling and route the joined cable to avoid sharp bends or stress at the connection point. If the connector assembly requires fastening or strain relief, secure the cable near the connector to prevent repeated movement from loosening the contact. No special tools are required for standard mating and unmating operations.

Recommendations

Use the connector in dry, indoor environments and avoid exposing it to moisture, excessive tension, or corrosive atmospheres. Inspect contacts periodically for dirt or wear and clean gently with a dry cloth if needed. For applications requiring sealed or weatherproof connections, choose a connector specifically rated for environmental protection.
