Connettore per cavo di alimentazione EUROLITE SAC3MX protetto IP, bloccabile 3 poli, per uso esterno e interno

EUROLITE SAC3MX IP Rated is a locking 3-pin power cable connector designed for reliable electrical connections in both indoor and outdoor environments. The connector features a secure locking mechanism and an IP-rated housing that protects contacts from dust and moisture, making it suitable for use with fixtures, stage equipment, lighting and other devices that require a robust 3-pin connection. The design balances compact dimensions with mechanical stability to support frequent mating and unmating during installations and events.

Advantages

The locking mechanism prevents accidental disconnection and provides a stable electrical connection under mechanical stress. The IP-rated housing increases resistance to dust and moisture, extending service life in demanding conditions. The connector's three-pin configuration supports standard single-phase power applications, while durable materials and a secure cable clamp ensure strain relief and reliable contact alignment over time.

How to use

Strip the cable to the recommended conductor length, insert the conductors into the corresponding terminals and tighten the terminal screws to ensure secure electrical contact. Assemble the housing and engage the integrated cable clamp or strain relief to prevent tension on the terminals. Mate the connector with the corresponding counterpart until the locking mechanism engages; confirm the lock by a tactile or audible click. For disconnection, release the locking mechanism according to the connector's design and separate the halves carefully to avoid twisting or pulling on the cable.

Recommendations

Use the connector only within its rated voltage and current limits. Inspect seals and contacts regularly for wear, corrosion or damage, especially after outdoor use. Ensure correct polarity and secure terminal tightening during installation. For installations exposed to prolonged moisture or immersion, verify the specific IP rating and compatibility with the intended environment before use.
