How to use

Strip the cable insulation to the appropriate length for the connector, insert the conductor into the contact area and crimp or secure according to the installation method you use. Ensure the mating male spade terminal is the standard 6.3 mm size for correct fit. When fitting into panels or housings, verify mechanical clearance and support the cable to avoid strain on the connection point.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, use a proper crimping tool or soldering technique where appropriate, and verify the conductor size matches the connector. Avoid exposing the connector to aggressive chemicals or prolonged immersion; periodic inspection in high-humidity environments is recommended.
