Connettore per filo RJ-45 ShiverPeaks BS72067-10GR Grigio Metallico

The ShiverPeaks BS72067-10GR Grey Metallic RJ-45 wire connector is designed for terminating Ethernet cables with a durable metallic finish. It provides gold-plated contacts to maintain low contact resistance and resist corrosion during repeated insertions. Each pack contains ten connectors suitable for structured cabling, network repairs and new installations where a compact, professional-looking RJ-45 plug is required.

Advantages

The connector’s gold-plated contacts offer consistent electrical conductivity and reduced signal loss. The grey metallic housing combines mechanical strength with a neat appearance that resists wear. Compact dimensions allow compatibility with standard RJ-45 jacks and most cable jackets, while the design supports reliable crimping and a stable connection under normal installation stress.

Suitable for

• Terminating CAT5e and CAT6 Ethernet cables
• Home and office network installations
• Repairing damaged RJ-45 plugs on patch cords
• DIY networking and small professional cabling projects

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ-45 plug
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity
• Housing finish: Grey metallic
• Pack quantity: 10 connectors
• Compatibility: Designed for standard 8P8C Ethernet terminations (typical CAT5e/CAT6 usage)

How to use

Strip the cable jacket to expose the eight conductor wires, arrange the conductors in the appropriate wiring order (T568A or T568B), and trim them evenly. Insert the wires fully into the RJ-45 connector so each conductor seats under its respective contact. Use a compatible crimping tool to crimp the connector onto the cable until the housing secures the jacket and the contacts pierce the conductor insulation. After crimping, test the terminated cable with a network tester to verify continuity and correct pair wiring.

Recommendations

Ensure you use the correct wiring standard for your installation, confirm conductor length before insertion to avoid shorting contacts, and use a quality crimping tool matched to RJ-45 plugs to achieve reliable terminations. Avoid excessive force that could deform the metallic housing.
