Connettore RJ-45 ShiverPeaks BS72067-O arancione

The ShiverPeaks BS72067-O male RJ-45 wire connector is a compact networking component designed to provide a secure plug connection for Ethernet cables. Finished in bright orange for easy visual identification, this connector supports standard RJ-45 male termination and is suitable for use in patch panels, wall plates, network devices and custom cable assemblies. The design focuses on reliable electrical contact and straightforward installation for typical networking environments.

Advantages

This RJ-45 male connector offers clear visual identification thanks to its orange housing, which helps speed up cable management and fault finding. The connector is produced to meet common physical dimensions and mechanical requirements for RJ-45 plugs, ensuring compatibility with standard Ethernet jacks. Its compact form factor makes it appropriate for confined spaces and structured cabling where space and organization are important.

Suitable for

• Terminating Ethernet cables for patch leads and custom-length network cords
• Connecting devices to switches, routers and network interfaces
• Use in wall plates, patch panels and small networking enclosures
• Color-coded cable management and identification in multi-cable installations

Key specifications

• Connector type: Male RJ-45 plug
• Housing colour: Orange
• Application: Ethernet/network cable termination
• Compatibility: Standard 8P8C RJ-45 jacks and sockets
• Form factor: Compact plug suitable for patch cords and panel connections

How to use

Prepare the network cable by stripping the outer jacket to expose the twisted pairs, align the wires according to the chosen wiring standard (T568A or T568B), and carefully insert the conductors into the connector until fully seated. Use a compatible crimping tool or termination method recommended for RJ-45 male plugs to secure the connection and ensure reliable contact. After crimping, verify continuity and correct pinout with a cable tester before deploying the cable in the network.

Recommendations

Use the orange connector for color-coded runs to simplify identification during installation and maintenance. Ensure the cable type and category rating match the network performance requirements, and perform a continuity and performance test after termination to confirm signal integrity.
