For secure fit and optimal sound, make minor adjustments to the ear-hook position and seating of the ear tips before starting exercise. Rinse and dry the earbuds after heavy sweat exposure and avoid charging them while wet. Keep firmware updated via manufacturer app or instructions to maintain call quality and control responsiveness.
