Adjust the flexible boom microphone close to your mouth but not touching it to ensure clear voice pickup. Use the in-line volume controller to set the listening level. Store the headset on a stand or hang it when not in use to avoid cable tangles.

Recommendations

For best voice clarity in calls, keep the microphone about 1–2 cm from your mouth and test volume levels before starting a meeting. Avoid pulling on the cable and coil it loosely when storing to preserve the flat cable and connectors.
