Custodia elettrica Rittal 1302.600 acciaio IP66, 220×155×437 mm

Rittal 1302.600 is a steel electrical enclosure with IP66 protection, sized for wall-mounted installations where dust-tight integrity and resistance to powerful water jets are required. With external dimensions of 220 × 155 × 437 mm and a 30° roof tilt, the enclosure is made to protect control components, terminal blocks, small PLCs and wiring in industrial and outdoor settings. Interior hinges and an all-round gap-free silicone seal ensure secure closure, while hygiene-compliant lock inserts support environments with cleanliness requirements.

Advantages

The enclosure combines robust steel construction with IP66 ingress protection to provide reliable defense against dust and strong water jets. The 30° roof tilt helps runoff and reduces water pooling on the cover. Interior hinges and a continuous silicone seal eliminate external gaps, improving environmental protection and simplifying installation where hygiene is important. Compact external dimensions allow flexible wall-mounted placement without occupying excessive space.

How to use

Mount the enclosure on a suitable vertical surface using appropriate fasteners and consider local load-bearing requirements. Fit internal components such as terminal strips, DIN-rail-mounted devices or small PLCs to the backplate or mounting rails according to their installation instructions. Ensure cable entries and glands are fitted correctly to maintain IP66 integrity and verify the silicone seal is seated properly before closing the door. Use the interior hinges to open and close the door without exposing hinge mechanisms to the external environment.
