Custodia in metallo RoGer ME-43 (modello 42004) — custodia robusta per moduli elettronici

RoGer ME-43 metal enclosure (model 42004) is a durable housing designed to protect electronic modules and components. Constructed from metal, the enclosure provides mechanical protection and basic electromagnetic shielding for installations in control panels, automation systems, or custom electronic projects. The compact rectangular body permits wall or panel mounting and offers internal space for wiring, terminals and small connectors while maintaining a low profile for space-constrained installations.

Advantages

The metal construction of the RoGer ME-43 offers robust physical protection against impacts and mechanical stress, and the conductive shell contributes to reduced electromagnetic interference for sensitive circuits. The enclosure is engineered for straightforward mounting and secure fixation, with internal room for routing wires and placing small PCB-mounted modules. Its neutral design and durable finish ensure long service life in workshop, industrial or residential control applications.

Suitable for

• Housing small electronic modules and single-board controllers
• Protecting sensor interfaces, relay modules and power supplies
• Use in control panels, automation systems and DIY electronics projects
• Wall- or panel-mounted installations requiring a compact metal case

Key specifications

• Material: metal housing providing mechanical protection and shielding
• Mounting type: wall or panel mounting capability
• Internal layout: space for small PCBs, wiring and connectors
• Shape and finish: compact rectangular body with durable surface treatment
• Access: removable cover for installation and maintenance

How to use

Prepare the internal components and wiring before placing them inside the enclosure to ensure neat routing and secure connections. Fix the PCB or modules using appropriate mounting hardware or standoffs, and route cables to the edge of the case where openings or cable glands are provided. Attach the enclosure to a wall or panel using suitable screws through the mounting points, then fasten the cover to complete the assembly. Ensure that grounding is provided if required by your application and that cable entries are sealed where environmental protection is necessary.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use compatible mounting hardware and, where EMI reduction is important, ensure proper grounding of the metal housing. Verify internal clearance for connectors and heat-dissipating components, and avoid placing high-power heat sources against the enclosure without additional ventilation or heat management.
