Custodia Harting ghiera 19300100427 IP65 con 4x pressacavi M20

Harting Tülle enclosure model 19300100427 IP65 with 4x M20 cable glands is a compact protective housing designed to secure electrical and signal connections in industrial and exposed environments. The enclosure provides IP65-level protection against dust ingress and water jets, and includes four integrated M20 cable gland entries for organized cable routing and strain relief. Constructed for reliable protection, it simplifies installation of junctions, terminals and small devices while keeping connections accessible for maintenance.

Advantages

The enclosure delivers robust environmental protection with an IP65 rating that guards against dust and low-pressure water jets. Four M20 gland entries enable orderly separation of incoming and outgoing cables and reduce mechanical stress on conductors. The compact design supports space-efficient mounting while offering adequate internal space for terminals and connections. Materials and construction provide durability for industrial or outdoor mounting and simplify cable management and maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Protecting power and signal junctions in factory automation and control panels
• Outdoor installations where dust and splashing water are present
• Field wiring terminations and sensor cable connections
• Small distribution points for machine or equipment control lines

Key specifications

• Ingress protection: IP65 (dust tight, protected against water jets)
• Cable gland entries: 4 × M20
• Construction: compact protective housing suitable for wall or panel mounting
• Function: provides strain relief and sealed cable routing for electrical and signal connections

How to use

Mount the enclosure on a suitable surface ensuring a secure and level attachment. Route cables through the M20 gland entries and install appropriate M20 glands or sealing inserts if needed to maintain the IP65 seal. Terminate conductors on the internal terminals or devices as required, taking care to follow standard wiring practices and applicable safety regulations. After wiring, tighten cable glands to provide strain relief and verify that the enclosure lid is closed and sealed to restore full ingress protection.

Recommendations

Verify cable diameters and select compatible M20 glands or seals to maintain IP65 performance. For permanent outdoor use, check material compatibility with the expected environmental conditions and inspect seals periodically to ensure continued protection.
