Smarter, More Relevant Alerts

Person Detection
The DCS-8350LH comes with edge-based person detection which intelligently identifies human motion, minimizing false triggers and alarms. No longer will you receive notifications every time a bug flies by or trees sway in the wind. Only capture motion that matters, as it happens.

Glass-Break Detection
Glass-Break detection adds a new line of defense to your home surveillance.
Intrusion is a serious threat to your home and loved ones. Receive alerts when the sound of glass breaking is detected near the perimeter.

More Than Just Surveillance
The DCS-8350LH does more than just keep a watchful eye. It can also alert you when a carbon monoxide or smoke alarm has been triggered.

Hear and Be Heard
With a built-in microphone and speaker, you can make your presence felt even when you’re not around. Hear live audio from your camera’s live view and speak into your mobile device to broadcast audio live to the scene to let whoever you can see know you’re watching, whether they’re meant to be there or not.

ONVIF Compliant for the Prosumer in You
Support for ONVIF Profile T lets you easily record video streams to your ONVIF compliant NVR, VMS or NAS system for centralized viewing or continuous, 24/7 recording. Not only that, but you can also use an ONVIF compliant device to control your camera’s setting without using the mydlink app.

The Future of Wireless Encryption
One of the biggest concerns with IoT devices and Wi-Fi networks is privacy. The DCS-8350LH features the latest WPA3™ encryption. It's the most advanced Wi-Fi Alliance security standard available and begins a new era of wireless encryption, ensuring greater privacy throughout users’ devices and networks.

Your Footage, Your Choice
The DCS-8350LH lets you record snapshots and video clips to the Cloud for anytime access. Play back recordings from the Cloud or download footage to your mobile device from anywhere, anytime. Alternatively, store your footage directly to a microSD card. With support for a whopping 256 GB you can save days-on-end of footage. It also cleverly records over your old footage, leaving you with one less thing to worry about.

Works with the Google Assistant and Alexa
The camera plays nice with the Google Assistant and Alexa. Use voice controls to stream live video from your camera to Amazon Fire TV, Echo Show, Echo Spot or Google Chromecast.

FINALLY. A way to monitor everything you care about (without lifting a finger).
