To get the most out of your NT33 handset, first set your desk to your preferred sitting height and press and hold the 'M' button until the display flashes, then press '1' to save. Repeat for standing height with button '2'. Use button '3' for an alternate position, such as a perch or standing meeting height. Ensure the RJ45 connector is firmly seated to avoid intermittent operation. Clean the handset with a soft, dry cloth—avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the ABS surface.
