DeLOCK 66903 connettore per cavo RJ-45 nero metallizzato connettore maschio 25 pz.

The DeLOCK 66903 wire connector kit contains 25 shielded male RJ-45 plugs with a black metallic finish, designed for assembling reliable Ethernet connections for cables with conductor sizes 23–22 AWG. The set includes strain relief, bend protection boots and a cable manager to support correct wire placement and reduce mechanical stress at the cable end.

Advantages

Shielded RJ-45 connectors provide improved protection against electromagnetic interference. The included cable manager simplifies termination and ensures correct conductor order during assembly. Bend protection boots and strain relief reduce abrasion and tensile strain on the cable, increasing connection stability and durability. The compact metallic housing offers a consistent fit for standard RJ-45 sockets.

Suitable for

• Assembly of Ethernet patch cables (Cat5e/Cat6 with 23–22 AWG conductors)
• Network installations requiring shielded RJ-45 terminations
• Repairs and custom-length cable manufacturing

How to use

Strip the cable jacket to expose the individual conductors, arrange the wires according to the required wiring standard, and insert them into the cable manager to keep the order. Slide the conductors with the cable manager into the RJ-45 plug until they reach the end, then crimp the connector with a suitable RJ-45 crimping tool. Fit the bend protection boot over the cable end and connector to provide strain relief.

Recommendations

Use a compatible crimping tool for shielded RJ-45 connectors and ensure the cable conductor size is within 23–22 AWG. Test each assembled cable with a network cable tester to verify correct wiring and continuity before deployment.
