The Digitus DN-97660 blank Cable Brush Management Panel is designed for installation in 483 mm (19") network and server cabinets. The panel is 483 mm wide, 44 mm high and 11 mm deep, and features an integrated brush strip at the opening to protect inserted cables and enable neat cable routing. Constructed from durable grey material, this panel helps maintain an organized, professional appearance in server rooms and data centers. The product is supplied as a single unit and manufactured in China.

Advantages

The brush strip prevents cable abrasion and protects connectors during routing, while the standard 483 mm (19") mounting ensures compatibility with common racks. Its compact 44 mm height occupies minimal rack space and the grey finish provides a neutral, unobtrusive look. The panel is lightweight and easy to handle for fast installation.

Suitable for

• Organizing patch cables in 483 mm (19") network or server cabinets
• Protecting cable ends and connectors in data centers and server rooms
• Maintaining a tidy front or rear rack opening where cable access is required

How to use

Fix the panel onto the 483 mm (19") profile rails in the desired position of your cabinet. Route cables through the opening so they pass gently through the integrated brush strip; the bristles reduce abrasion and help hold cables in place. The panel can be mounted at the front or rear of the rack where a protected cable access point is needed. No special tools are required beyond standard rack screws or cage nuts compatible with 19" rails.

Recommendations

Install the panel at standard rack positions to minimize unused openings and ensure cable bundles pass through the brush at a shallow angle to reduce stress on connectors. Inspect the brush strip periodically for wear and replace the panel if bristles become damaged.
