Disco abrasivo Cimco 208720 utensile rotativo calcestruzzo pietra

The Cimco 208720 grinding wheel for rotary tools is designed for effective material removal on concrete and natural stone surfaces. With a 12.5 cm diameter and a diamond abrasive layer, this wheel provides consistent cutting and grinding action while maintaining service life suitable for frequent use. It is intended to be mounted on compatible rotary tools and used where controlled grinding, shaping or surface preparation of masonry materials is required.

Advantages

The diamond abrasive composition delivers durable wear resistance and steady material removal rates across a variety of concrete and stone types. The 12.5 cm diameter offers a balance between reachable surface area and maneuverability, making the wheel appropriate for detail work and larger surface tasks. Built for rotary-tool mounting, it supports stable rotation and predictable cutting behavior, reducing the need for frequent wheel changes during a single task.

Key specifications

How to use

Fit the grinding wheel to a compatible rotary tool following the tool manufacturer's mounting instructions and ensure the wheel is securely fastened. Select an appropriate rotation speed for the material—start at a lower speed to assess cutting behavior and increase as needed while maintaining manufacturer-recommended limits for the wheel and tool. Apply steady, even pressure and move the wheel across the surface to avoid creating gouges; allow the diamond grit to do the cutting rather than forcing the tool. Maintain firm control of the rotary tool and use appropriate guards when available.

Recommendations

Always use appropriate personal protective equipment: safety goggles, dust mask or respirator rated for masonry dust, hearing protection and work gloves. Ensure adequate ventilation and, where possible, use dust extraction or a vacuum attachment with the rotary tool. Inspect the wheel before each use for damage or excessive wear and replace it if any cracks or significant degradation are visible. Avoid side-loading the wheel beyond the tool's recommended orientation to prevent premature failure.
