Key specifications

• Diameter: 180 mm
• Pack quantity: 10 pieces
• Cutting rim type: sintered rim for cleaner tile edges
• Compatible tool: angle grinders and similar abrasive machines that accept 180 mm discs

How to use

Fit the disc to a compatible angle grinder following the tool manufacturer's mounting and safety instructions. Ensure the disc is rated for the grinder's maximum rotational speed. For ceramic tiles, use steady, controlled movements and light pressure to achieve clean edges; avoid excessive force which can damage both disc and workpiece. Replace discs regularly when wear reduces cutting quality or when the disc shows visible damage. Always use appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye, ear and respiratory protection, and secure the workpiece before grinding.

Recommendations

For clean cut edges in ceramic tiles, select the sintered rim discs from this pack and work at moderate speed with steady feed. Keep spare discs available for uninterrupted workflow and inspect discs before each use to ensure safe operation.
