Dispenser per nastro Herlitz 8842700

The Herlitz 8842700 tape dispenser is a compact desktop tool designed to hold and cut adhesive tape rolls up to 6.6 cm wide. Constructed from a combination of metal and durable plastic, the dispenser balances stability with lightweight handling. Its grey and red color scheme provides a neutral, professional appearance suitable for home, office, or study environments. The dispenser supports single-handed operation and maintains steady tape tension for consistent cuts.

Advantages

The metal base adds weight for stability during dispensing while the plastic components reduce overall weight and resist wear. The cutter blade is integrated to provide straight, clean cuts and the roll holder accepts standard tape cores within the specified width. The compact footprint fits on crowded desks and the design allows quick reloading of tape rolls without tools. Materials and construction make the unit suitable for frequent use in typical household and office tasks.

Suitable for

• Sealing envelopes and packages
• Wrapping gifts and crafts
• Everyday office paperwork and labeling
• Home organization and small repairs

Key specifications

• Maximum tape width: 6.6 cm
• Body materials: metal base with plastic upper components
• Color: grey and red
• Operation: desktop, single-handed dispensing
• Compatibility: accepts standard core tape rolls up to the specified width
• Footprint: compact design for desktop use

How to use

Place the dispenser on a flat surface. Slide the tape roll onto the roll holder so the sticky side faces down and the tape unwinds from the top toward the cutter. Pull a length of tape across the cutter blade and press down to secure the tape before making a clean tear against the cutter. To replace the roll, lift the upper component as designed, remove the empty core and insert a new roll, ensuring correct orientation for smooth unwinding.

Recommendations

Use tape rolls within the maximum width to avoid jamming. Keep the cutter blade free of adhesive buildup by occasionally cleaning with a dry cloth; avoid solvents that may damage plastic parts. Position the dispenser on a stable, level surface to ensure consistent cuts and reduce the risk of tipping.
