Dispenser per nastro TESA 06400-00001 rosso

The tesa® 6400 hand dispenser is a robust industrial tape dispenser designed for rolls up to 50 mm width. It features a covered serrated blade for blade-protection and a continuously adjustable tension control to ensure correct dispensing even with easily unwinding tape. A soft gummed handle provides a comfortable and secure grip during repeated use.

Advantages

The covered cutting blade reduces the risk of accidental cuts while maintaining reliable tape cutting through a flap-activated mechanism. Adjustable tension control lets you set the unwind resistance for different tape types. The soft gummed handle improves handling and control during long or frequent tasks.

Suitable for

• Sealing cardboard boxes and cartons
• Packaging in warehouses and shipping departments
• General office and workshop tape dispensing tasks

How to use

Place the dispenser on the carton and pull it toward you while keeping the tape pressed against the surface; the contact roller will unwind and press the tape down. To cut the tape, press the plastic flap against the carton while continuing the forward motion; the serrated blade will pop out and cut the tape. To thread a new roll, place the tesa roll on the tape wheel with the adhesive side facing the handle, then pull the tape end between the contact roller and the metal loading gate until it lies flat and wrinkle-free.

Recommendations

For best results, adjust the tension control according to the tape type before starting repetitive sealing tasks, and ensure the blade cover is intact to maintain blade-protection. Store the dispenser in a dry place to avoid corrosion of metal parts.
