DAHLE ShredMatic 90 is a paper shredder designed for office environments that processes up to 90 sheets at once through a 222 mm feed and collects shredded material in a 23-litre waste bin. The unit is intended to protect sensitive information by reliably reducing documents to small particles and supports continuous, automated feeding to simplify bulk shredding tasks for departments and small businesses.

Advantages

The machine offers high-capacity shredding with a wide 222 mm feed and an automatic feed mechanism that reduces manual handling. Its 23 L bin provides extended runtime between emptying, while continuous-operation capability helps manage larger shredding jobs. Key specifications

How to use

Place the shredder on a stable, level surface and ensure the waste bin is correctly inserted. Arrange up to 90 sheets (as specified) into the automatic feed tray so that the paper aligns with the 222 mm feed opening. Start the automatic feed function according to the machine's control panel; the unit will process the stack continuously. Monitor the bin level and stop operation before removing or emptying the bin. Follow the manufacturer's safety instructions in any maintenance or clearing of jams.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, avoid feeding materials not intended for the shredder (such as thick cardboard, metal clips, or plastics) and periodically check the bin and cutting mechanism. Use in office areas with appropriate ventilation and perform routine inspections per DAHLE maintenance guidance to ensure long-term performance.
