Docking station doppio display i-tec USB 3.0 / USB-C / Thunderbolt 3

This USB-C / USB-A dual monitor docking station with Thunderbolt 3 compatibility works with laptops, tablets and smartphones that have a free Thunderbolt 3 or USB port (minimum USB 3.0 recommended). It supports up to two external monitors at resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 @ 60 Hz, or a single monitor at 5K (5120 x 2880 @ 60 Hz) when connected via two DisplayPort cables. The unit includes both HDMI and DisplayPort outputs, six USB-A 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, front 3.5 mm audio jacks, power on/off switch and a Kensington lock slot. The compact design and optional VESA mounting accessory (order code: VESADOCK1) help reduce cable clutter and suit home or office workspaces.

Advantages

The docking station provides flexible host connectivity with both USB-C and USB-A interfaces (cables included) and uses the DisplayLink DL9650 chipset for wide device compatibility. You can connect printers, external drives, keyboard, mouse and charge devices while maintaining a stable wired network via the Gigabit RJ45 port. Multiple video output combinations (DP+DP, DP+HDMI, HDMI+HDMI) enable dual-monitor setups at 4K@60Hz; single-monitor 5K is supported on Windows. Compact form factor, Kensington lock and accessible controls make it suitable for shared or public workspaces.

Plug in USB peripherals to the USB-A ports, connect the RJ45 cable for a wired network and use the front audio jacks for headphones or speakers. If desired and if your monitor supports VESA mounting, mount the dock behind the monitor with the optional VESADOCK1 frame to free desk space. Use the rear power switch to turn the unit on or off and secure the unit with a Kensington lock when needed.

Recommendations

Ensure your host device meets the minimum USB 3.0 requirement; for best video performance use a Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C connection. Note that 5K resolution is supported only on Windows. Use the VESA mounting accessory to reduce desk clutter when your monitor supports VESA mounting.
