Why choose it

These dividers are built for daily heavy use. The 120-micron polypropylene is strong yet lightweight, and the reinforced edge prevents tearing at the punch holes. The numbered tabs let you locate sections instantly, and the assorted colours make it easy to create a colour-coded filing system. Because the material is acid-free, your documents are protected from chemical damage, and the water-resistant surface guards against accidental spills.

Ideal use cases

• Office filing: separate invoices, orders, and correspondence by month or department.
• School and university: organise lecture notes, assignments, and handouts by subject or week.
• Home office: keep personal documents, warranties, and receipts neatly sorted.
• Archiving: index project files, client records, or reference materials for quick retrieval.

Good to know

The universal punching means these dividers fit most standard ring binders and lever arch files, so you can use them with your existing filing system. The polypropylene is recyclable, making this a responsible choice for environmentally conscious offices.
