Elba Eurofolio Prestige Elastomap cartone rosso A4

The Elba Eurofolio Prestige Elastomap Cardboard Red A4 is a pack of 10 durable cardboard elastic folders designed to protect and organise A4 documents. The folders combine a rigid cardboard cover with an elastic closure that keeps papers secure while allowing quick access. The bright red finish supports easy visual identification and adds a professional appearance suitable for meetings, archives and daily use at home, school or the office.

Advantages

These A4 elastomaps provide a balance of sturdiness and flexibility. The cardboard construction resists bending and folding during transport and storage, while the elastic band ensures documents remain in place. The uniform size and slim profile make them stackable and easy to file on shelves or in boxes. Their plain external surface is suitable for labels or notes to help with document categorisation.

How to use

Insert A4 documents between the cardboard covers and fold the elastic band over the corners to secure the contents. For multiple documents, arrange pages in the preferred order before closing to reduce movement inside the folder. Label the front or spine area where needed for quick identification. When transporting, place the elastomap flat or upright depending on the quantity to avoid bending the edges.

Recommendations

Store the folders in a dry environment away from prolonged direct sunlight to maintain colour and material integrity. For long-term archiving, consider using archival sleeves inside the elastomap to protect sensitive documents from dust and wear.
