Why choose it

This carrier is the invisible workhorse behind a clean renovation. Its halogen-free thermoplastic construction meets modern safety expectations, and the 850 °C glow wire rating adds an extra layer of fire resistance. Because it is empty, you have full freedom to pair it with the central plate and insert that match your design and function—no wasted parts, no compatibility guesswork.

Ideal use cases

• Replacing old, yellowed flush-mounted boxes during a room refresh
• Adding a new switch or socket point in an existing wall without major plasterwork
• Upgrading to modern data outlets while keeping the original flush-mounted box
• Standardizing the mounting base across a renovation project for consistent aesthetics

Good to know

The device carrier is supplied empty, allowing you to select the appropriate central plate and insert separately. It is designed for indoor use and must be covered with a compatible central plate to achieve the final protection rating. The halogen-free material is a safer choice in case of fire, emitting less smoke and toxic gases.
