Epson WorkForce ES-580W scanner ad alimentazione automatica 600 x 600 DPI A4 nero

The Epson WorkForce ES-580W is a sheet-fed, A4-capable scanner designed for busy offices that need fast, reliable digital capture. It features a 10.9 cm touchscreen, wireless connectivity and direct-scan functions so you can send scans straight to network or cloud folders, email addresses or a USB stick without a computer. The scanner supports duplex scanning, a wide range of media (including receipts, business cards and plastic cards) and delivers efficient image processing for consistent results.

Advantages

The ES-580W offers single-pass double-sided scanning at speeds up to 35 ppm (70 ipm) and an auto document feeder to process large batches quickly. Intelligent image adjustments — including auto crop, skew correction and blank page removal — improve output quality automatically. Built-in sensors detect paper jams, double-feeds and dirt on the glass to protect originals and maintain scan quality. The touchscreen and Wi‑Fi enable computer-free operation and customizable presets for repeated tasks.

Suitable for

• High-volume office scanning and back‑office digitisation
• Scanning mixed media: receipts, business cards, plastic ID cards

Choose or create a preset for resolution, colour mode and file format, then start the scan. For mobile workflows, use the Epson Smart Panel app to control the scanner from your phone or tablet.

Recommendations

For reliable results, fan and align documents before loading, avoid overfilling the feeder, and use presets for recurring tasks. Clean the scanner glass according to the user guide if the dirt-on-glass sensor indicates an issue. For mixed-media batches, verify supported thickness (27–409 gsm) and run small test batches when scanning fragile or very small items.
