Equip Cat.6A RJ45 set di connettori schermati 100 pezzi Acciaio inox trasparente bianco

Equip Cat.6A RJ45 Shielded Plug Set contains 100 shielded RJ-45 male connectors designed for Cat 6A Ethernet cables. Each plug combines stainless steel shielding with transparent and white body parts to protect the signal from electromagnetic and radio frequency interference, helping to preserve signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. Packaged in a bulk set of 100 pieces, the kit provides a ready supply for larger installations and projects.

Advantages

The shielded design reduces EMI/RFI influence on Cat 6A signals, which supports reliable high-speed data transmission. Stainless steel components add mechanical durability and effective grounding for the shield. Compliance with REACH and RoHS ensures the connectors meet common environmental and safety requirements.

Suitable for

• Termination of Cat 6A Ethernet cables
• Data center and server room cabling
• Industrial or commercial environments with electrical interference
• Large installation projects requiring bulk connectors

Key specifications

• Connector(s): RJ-45
• Quantity: 100 pieces per pack
• Material: stainless steel shielding, transparent and white body
• Dimensions (per plug): 48 mm width × 13.5 mm depth
• Weight (per plug): 0.005 kg
• Standards: REACH and RoHS compliant

How to use

Strip the Cat 6A cable to the required length, align the individual conductors according to the chosen wiring standard (T568A or T568B), and insert them fully into the RJ45 plug until they reach the contacts. Crimp the plug using an appropriate RJ45 crimping tool that supports shielded plugs, ensuring the stainless steel shield is properly engaged for grounding. Verify the connection with a cable tester to confirm continuity and correct wiring.

Recommendations

Use a dedicated crimping tool rated for shielded RJ45 plugs and test each terminated cable. In environments with significant EMI, ensure the shield is connected to a proper earth/ground at least at one end of the link to maximize interference protection.
