Equip Cavo ottico attivo HDMI 2.1 15 m, tipo D + A rimovibili, 48 Gbit/s, 8K/60Hz

The Equip HDMI 2.0 Detachable Type D + A Active Optical Cable is an active optical HDMI cable designed for stable high-definition signal transmission over longer distances. The cable combines a detachable Micro HDMI (Type D) adapter with a Standard HDMI (Type A) plug, increasing compatibility with cameras, laptops, projectors, monitors and TVs. Its fiber optic core reduces electromagnetic interference while keeping the cable lightweight and flexible for easier routing and installation.

Advantages

The detachable connector design allows switching between Micro HDMI (Type D) and Standard HDMI (Type A) without replacing the whole cable, reducing the need for separate adapters. Active optical technology preserves audio and video quality across long runs and improves resistance to interference. Gold-plated connectors and a zinc-alloy housing enhance contact reliability and mechanical durability. The cable supports advanced HDMI features such as HDR, eARC and variable refresh rates for modern AV setups.

How to use

Check the arrow or marking that indicates the correct signal direction and connect the cable so the source is attached to the cable’s source end and the display to the cable’s display end. If required, attach or detach the Micro HDMI (Type D) adapter to match the device connector before connecting. Power on both source and display devices and select the corresponding HDMI input on the display. For best results, configure source and display to supported resolution and refresh-rate combinations (for example 4K@60Hz or 8K@60Hz where supported) and enable HDR or eARC in device settings if needed.

Recommendations

Verify the cable’s direction marking before installation since this AOC is single-directional. Avoid sharp bends near connectors and secure the cable to prevent stress on the detachable connector.
