How to use

Wash and slice food into uniform pieces for even dehydration. Arrange items in a single layer on the trays, avoiding overlap. Set the dehydrator to the required temperature (up to 75 °C) and allow the unit to run until the desired dryness is reached; drying time varies by product and slice thickness. Check progress through the transparent lid and, if necessary, remove trays to test texture. Always allow dried products to cool before storing.

Recommendations

For best results, maintain uniform slice thickness and use the built-in fan and temperature settings to avoid overdrying. Store fully cooled, dry products in airtight containers away from direct sunlight. Follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions and do not operate the dehydrator unattended for long periods.
