Load the die-cut roll into a compatible direct thermal printer following the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure the printer settings (label size and sensor type) match the 5.1 cm × 3.2 cm die-cut format. Print using standard direct thermal printer drivers and allow the printed labels to dry briefly if needed before applying. Apply labels to clean, dry, and smooth surfaces for best adhesion.

Recommendations

Not recommended for prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures, or environments with solvents or oils. For applications requiring outdoor durability or resistance to heat and chemicals, consider a thermal transfer label or a specially coated material.
