Etichetta per stampante Capture 60000098 bianco 7,6x7,6 cm rotolo 950 etichette

Capture 60000098 is a white printer label supplied on rolls, each roll containing 950 self-adhesive labels sized 7.6 x 7.6 cm. The facestock is a corona-treated polyethylene film with a medium-gloss appearance, combined with a permanent acrylic adhesive formulated for strong tack to apolar surfaces and improved water resistance. The product offers excellent clarity and UV resistance and is intended for use with durable facestocks such as Fasson films. Compliant with FDA 175.105 and BgVV XIV recommendations for direct contact with dry and moist, non-fatty foodstuffs.

Advantages

The polyethylene film facestock delivers a medium-gloss finish and good print clarity while the corona treatment improves ink and ribbon receptivity. The permanent, non-bleeding acrylic adhesive provides reliable adhesion to apolar surfaces and enhanced water resistance. UV resistance helps maintain legibility and appearance over time. Recommended use with resin ribbons supports durable print quality.

Suitable for

How to use

Install the roll in a compatible thermal printer and use a resin ribbon for optimal print durability. Ensure the printer settings match the polyethylene film facestock and test a sample label before full production. Apply labels to clean, dry surfaces, pressing firmly to ensure full contact between adhesive and substrate. Allow time for the adhesive to develop maximum bond strength, especially on low-energy plastics.

Recommendations

Store labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best print results and longevity, use resin ribbons and verify compatibility with the chosen facestock and substrate. For special sizes or materials, contact your local Capture sales office.
