How to use

Load the label roll into a compatible roll-fed printer or dispenser with a 76 mm core, ensuring the label face is oriented correctly for your printer type (direct thermal or thermal transfer as applicable). Configure printer settings for the label size (76 x 258 mm) and adjust print darkness and speed according to the printer manufacturer’s guidance to achieve optimal barcode and text quality. After printing, apply labels to clean, dry surfaces, pressing firmly to ensure full contact and adhesion.

Recommendations

Store unopened rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat or humidity to preserve adhesive performance. For best results, apply labels to surfaces that are free of dust, oil, and moisture. Test print settings and adhesion on a small batch before full production runs to confirm compatibility with your printer and application environment.
