How to use

Prepare the printable sheet by selecting the correct template or manual layout in your word processor or label software. For printing, load the sheet into the printer according to the manufacturer’s guidance and print a test page to verify alignment. If handwriting, write on the label surface with a compatible pen and allow ink to dry briefly. Peel labels from the backing and apply to a clean, dry surface, pressing evenly to ensure adhesion. To remove, gently peel back at a corner and lift; if residue remains, use a mild adhesive remover or soapy water and wipe clean.

Recommendations

Store sheets flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve printable performance and adhesive properties. Avoid applying labels to porous, dusty or freshly painted surfaces for best removable results. When using a printer, check printer settings for media type to reduce smudging and ensure accurate registration.
