How to use

Design your layout in compatible label software or a word processor using the template for 48.5 x 25.4 mm labels on A4 (40 per sheet). Load the printed side up or follow your printer manufacturer’s feed instructions, then print at standard print settings for paper labels. After printing, allow any wet ink to dry briefly before separating and applying the labels. Align the label on the target surface and press firmly from the centre outwards to ensure full contact and adhesion.

Recommendations

For best results, use the labels at room temperature and on clean, dry surfaces. Test one sheet first if using unusual printer settings or non-standard materials. Use the manufacturer’s label templates or free software solutions provided by HERMA for precise alignment and to reduce waste.
