Etichette termiche NIIMBOT R50 70×110 mm A2A18991801 per stampanti a trasferimento termico diretto

Thermal labels NIIMBOT R50 70×110 mm A2A18991801 for direct thermal printers are pressure-sensitive adhesive labels designed for direct thermal printing without ink or ribbon. Manufactured for compatibility with NIIMBOT R50 and other desktop or mobile direct thermal printers that accept 70×110 mm media, these roll-format labels are suitable for a wide range of commercial and logistical applications including shipping, warehousing, stock control and product identification.

Advantages

These thermal labels eliminate the need for ink or toner, providing clean, maintenance-free printing and reducing ongoing consumable costs. The roll format with a standard core diameter ensures easy loading in compatible printers and continuous printing for bulk jobs. The adhesive backing is formulated for good initial tack and reliable adhesion to common packaging materials, while the direct thermal topcoat produces clear, high-contrast prints for barcodes, addresses and product information.

Suitable for

• Shipping and courier labels for parcels and envelopes
• Warehouse and inventory labelling of boxes and racks
• Product identification and batch coding for retail and manufacturing
• Logistics and fulfilment centre sticker printing

Key specifications

• Label size: 70 × 110 mm
• Printing method: direct thermal (thermal-sensitive topcoat)
• Format: roll with standard core for desktop and mobile thermal printers
• Adhesive: pressure-sensitive permanent adhesive suitable for paper and corrugated surfaces
• Face material: thermal paper with direct thermal coating for high-contrast prints

How to use

Load the roll into a compatible direct thermal printer following the printer manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the thermal side faces the print head. Configure label dimensions in the printer driver or device settings to 70×110 mm and set print density and speed according to the printer model and the desired print quality. Print test labels to verify alignment and barcode readability before starting large batches.

Recommendations

Store labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve thermal sensitivity. Avoid touching the thermal face with oily or dirty hands to prevent reduced print quality. For long-term archival needs, consider using labels printed with thermal transfer technology or protect printed surfaces from prolonged exposure to heat and UV light.
