Evidenziatore Pelikan Textmarker 490 eco marker punta a scalpello giallo

The Pelikan Textmarker 490 eco marker in Yellow is a chisel-tip highlighter designed for precise and reliable text highlighting. The marker delivers a consistent, vivid yellow ink suitable for emphasizing important passages in books, notes, and documents. Its eco-friendly design minimizes environmental impact while providing a comfortable grip and smooth application from the first stroke.

Advantages

The chisel tip provides both broad and fine highlighting lines for versatility across different text sizes. The ink is formulated for uniform coverage without excessive bleeding on standard paper. The marker's refillable or recyclable elements and reduced-plastic packaging reflect an eco-conscious approach. Lightweight and easy to handle, this highlighter is suitable for extended use in study or office sessions.

Suitable for

• Students studying textbooks, notes, and exam materials
• Office work: reports, documents, and planners
• Teachers preparing study materials and handouts
• Researchers and editors marking drafts and references

Key specifications

• Tip type: chisel tip for variable line widths
• Color: yellow for high-contrast highlighting
• Ink behavior: smooth application with low bleed-through on standard paper
• Design: eco-conscious construction and minimal packaging
• Pack type: blister pack suitable for retail display and storage

How to use

Hold the highlighter at a slight angle to create broad strokes with the flat side of the chisel tip, or rotate to the edge for finer lines. Apply steady, even pressure and move the marker smoothly along the text to avoid ink pooling. Allow ink to dry briefly before stacking pages or closing notebooks to reduce transfer. Store horizontally or with cap tightly closed to maintain tip performance and prevent drying out.

Recommendations

For best results, test the highlighter on a small corner of the paper to check compatibility and bleed-through. Use the chisel tip to switch between broad highlighting for whole lines and narrow highlighting for single words or headings. Replace or recycle the marker according to local guidelines to support the eco design.
