How to use

Install the spotlight on an appropriate truss or stand using the fixture’s mounting points and safety cable according to venue safety standards. Fit a compatible 575W MSR lamp following the manufacturer’s lamp-handling guidelines and ensure correct seating and cooling clearance. Aim the fixture to frame the subject, adjusting position and lens alignment until the desired beam edge and focus are achieved. Operate the unit using the venue’s lighting control or power distribution system, ensuring supply meets the lamp’s requirements and allowing the lamp to warm up for stable output.

Recommendations

Use protective gloves and eye protection when handling the MSR lamp and allow it to cool completely before maintenance. Maintain adequate ventilation around the fixture and adhere to recommended operating intervals for high-intensity discharge lamps to extend lamp life and preserve consistent color and output. For rental or touring use, inspect mounting hardware and optical components before each setup.
