Faro Brennenstuhl 1171250741 nero 150 W LED IP65

The Brennenstuhl 1171250741 Black 150 W LED IP65 floodlight is a high-output outdoor luminaire designed for reliable area illumination. Housed in a robust black metal casing with IP65 protection, it resists dust and water jets, making it suitable for façades, parking areas, building perimeters and other exterior locations. The fixture provides 150 watts of LED light at a cool white 6500 K color temperature, producing bright, high-contrast illumination for large surfaces. It is intended for mains connection and operates within a 220–240 V AC, 50–60 Hz electrical range. The unit's compact profile (375 mm × 70 mm × 255 mm) allows flexible mounting and positioning.

Advantages

The floodlight combines a durable metal housing with IP65 ingress protection to ensure long-term outdoor performance in variable weather conditions. LED technology delivers high luminous efficacy and consistent color rendering at 6500 K while reducing energy consumption compared with equivalent halogen solutions. The device's standard voltage compatibility (220–240 V, 50–60 Hz) simplifies installation on typical mains supplies. A compact form factor and straightforward mounting options make it practical for both new installations and upgrades.

How to use

Mount the floodlight on a stable surface or bracket appropriate for outdoor fixtures, ensuring the angle and orientation cover the intended area. Connect to a compatible mains supply (220–240 V AC, 50–60 Hz) using suitable outdoor-rated cable and sealed cable entries to maintain IP65 protection. Observe local electrical codes and switch off mains power before wiring. After installation, verify correct operation and adjust aim for uniform illumination and reduced glare. For safety, installation and any mains wiring should be performed by a qualified electrician.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the floodlight with controls or sensors (timers, photocells, or motion detectors) to limit operating hours and improve energy efficiency. Periodic cleaning of the housing and glass front will help maintain light output; ensure the unit is powered off and allowed to cool before maintenance.
