How to use

Mount the floodlight on a stable exterior or interior wall using appropriate screws and anchors (not supplied). Position and fix the unit so the PIR sensor has a clear line of sight over the intended detection zone. Adjust the sensor horizontally and vertically to optimise the 180° coverage, set the twilight threshold and select the required lighting duration between 10 seconds and about 4 minutes. Connect the unit to the mains supply following local electrical regulations; if in doubt, use a qualified electrician.

Recommendations

To ensure reliable motion detection, avoid mounting the sensor opposite heat sources or objects that move in the wind. Regularly check the seal and glass pane for damage to maintain IP44 splash protection.
