Padella Maestro MR-1204-28, 28 cm, rivestimento Rock Stone

Maestro MR-1204-28 is a 28 cm frying pan featuring a Rock Stone non-stick coating designed for everyday frying and sautéing. The pan delivers even heat distribution across the cooking surface and facilitates easy food release, reducing the need for oil and simplifying cleaning. Its size and shape suit common household tasks such as preparing omelettes, pancakes, vegetables and meats.

Advantages

The Rock Stone coating provides a durable non-stick surface that supports low- to medium-fat cooking and fast food release. The 28 cm diameter offers a broad cooking area for single and family portions. Construction promotes uniform heat distribution to reduce hot spots and help achieve consistent results. The pan is lightweight enough for frequent handling while retaining a stable base for stovetop use.

Suitable for

• Frying and sautéing eggs, omelettes and pancakes
• Cooking vegetables and stir-fries
• Pan-searing fish, chicken and thin cuts of meat
• Everyday meal preparation in home kitchens

Key specifications

• Cooking surface diameter: 28 cm
• Non-stick surface: Rock Stone coating
• Suitable for: common stovetops (verify specific stove compatibility)
• Shape: round frying pan with flat base
• Intended use: frying, sautéing and pan-cooking

How to use

Before first use, wash the pan with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Heat the pan gradually on medium or low heat rather than using maximum flame to protect the non-stick coating. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant plastic utensils to avoid scratching the Rock Stone surface. When cooking, add a small amount of oil or butter if desired; the non-stick coating reduces sticking so large quantities of fat are not required. After use, allow the pan to cool before washing to preserve the coating integrity.

Recommendations

Avoid using metal utensils and abrasive scouring pads. For longer coating life, clean by hand with a soft sponge and mild detergent; if using a dishwasher, confirm the manufacturer's guidance for this specific model and your dishwasher settings.
