Padella universale JATA SF128

The JATA SF128 is an all-purpose round frying pan with a 28 cm diameter, designed for everyday cooking tasks. Constructed from forged aluminium with a ‘Stonite’ non-stick coating and a full induction diffuser base, the pan provides even heat distribution and easy food release for frying, sautéing and general stovetop use.

Advantages

The forged aluminium body offers a good strength-to-weight ratio and rapid heating, while the Stoneite coating ensures non-stick performance and simpler cleaning. The full induction diffuser base makes the pan compatible with induction cooktops and improves heat spread across the cooking surface.

Suitable for

• Frying and sautéing vegetables, meat and fish
• Preparing omelettes and pancakes
• Reducing sauces and reheating food

Key specifications

• Diameter: 28 cm
• Material: forged aluminium
• Coating: non-stick Stoneite
• Base type: full induction diffuser base
• Color: black

How to use

Place the pan on a compatible stovetop and heat gradually; use medium heat for most tasks to maintain the non-stick coating. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the Stoneite surface. Clean after use with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the pan briefly before adding food and avoid using cooking sprays that may leave residue on the non-stick surface. Hand washing is recommended to prolong the coating life.
