How to use

Place the wrist rest directly in front of your keyboard so the padded edge supports your wrists while your hands rest on the keys. Adjust the position until your wrists are aligned with the keyboard and forearms remain parallel to the desk. Use during typing sessions to help maintain a neutral wrist position and reduce localized pressure. Keep the product clean by wiping the surface with a soft cloth as needed.

Recommendations

For best ergonomic benefit, combine the wrist rest with an adjustable chair and keyboard height that keeps your elbows at approximately 90 degrees. Avoid resting excessive body weight on the wrist rest; it is designed to support the wrist only while typing.
