Filettatura adattatrice Omnitronic 6000618N, adattatore filettato da 1,5 cm a 1,0 cm

The Omnitronic adapter screw 6000618N converts between two common thread sizes, enabling secure mechanical connection where components use different threaded fittings. This compact thread adapter changes a 1.5 cm (15 mm) thread to a 1.0 cm (10 mm) thread, allowing microphones, stands, mounting hardware and related accessories to be joined without altering the original parts. Made for practical use in audio and mounting setups, the adapter offers a straightforward solution to improve equipment compatibility.

Advantages

The adapter screw provides a precise mechanical fit that reduces play between connected parts and simplifies assembly. Its compact dimensions make it unobtrusive when mounted, while the standardized thread conversion avoids the need for replacement components or custom modifications. The design is intended to be easy to install and remove, enabling fast adjustments and repeated use in professional or hobbyist settings.

How to use

Align the adapter with the component that has the corresponding 15 mm or 10 mm thread and screw it in by hand until snug. If necessary, use an appropriate tool to secure the connection without over-tightening; avoid applying excessive torque that could damage threads. After fitting the adapter, attach the mating component with the converted thread and confirm that the assembly is stable before use. To remove, unscrew the adapter in the reverse order and store it in a dry place to protect the threads.

Recommendations

Ensure threads are clean and free of debris before installation and avoid cross-threading by starting the screw carefully. Use the adapter only with compatible metal or plastic threaded parts and check stability after assembly, especially for load-bearing or elevated fittings.
