Filo da muratore KWB 922110 1,7 mm bianco, 100 m

KWB Mason Line 1.7 mm white, 100 m is a masonry twine designed to create straight, visible reference lines during construction and renovation work. The 1.7 mm diameter provides sufficient strength for tensioned lines used in bricklaying, plastering and leveling, while the 100 m spool offers continuous length for most small to medium site tasks. The compact spool format makes the twine easy to unwind, wind back and store on busy job sites.

Advantages

The twine combines a smooth, consistent thickness with enough tensile strength to resist snap under normal alignment tension. Its white colour improves visibility against brick, mortar and many common construction materials. Supplied on a compact spool, the line can be pulled out to the required length and rewound neatly, reducing tangles and allowing convenient storage and transport.

How to use

Secure one end of the twine at the starting point using a nail, peg or clamp and extend the line to the target position, keeping the twine under light tension to maintain straightness. Fasten the opposite end and, if needed, adjust the height or alignment before applying mortar, plaster or tile. After use, wind the remaining twine back onto the spool to prevent tangles and protect the line from dirt and damage.

Recommendations

For best results, keep tension moderate to avoid overstressing the twine. Use visible markers or chalk to enhance sighting along the white line in bright or low-contrast conditions. Store the spool in a dry place to preserve the twine’s integrity.
