Filtro antipolvere rotondo DEMCiflex 80 mm — 80 mm rotondo

The DEMCiflex round dust filter 80 mm is a mesh filter designed to prevent dust and particles from entering ventilation openings and fan intakes while maintaining airflow. It fits circular cutouts with an 80 mm diameter and is suitable for use on case fans, small duct inlets and compact ventilation points where particulate protection is required. The construction balances filtration with minimal airflow resistance to support cooling and ventilation performance.

Advantages

This round dust filter provides reliable protection against dust and debris without significantly reducing airflow. The flexible mounting design allows quick installation and replacement on compatible 80 mm openings. The fine mesh captures small particles while remaining easy to clean, and the durable frame maintains shape during handling and use.

Suitable for

• 80 mm case fans in desktop computers and small servers
• Small ventilation ducts and intake vents in electronics enclosures
• Compact equipment and appliances requiring particulate protection
• Custom projects with 80 mm circular cutouts

Key specifications

• Filter shape: round
• Nominal diameter: 80 mm cutout compatibility
• Material: fine mesh filtration media with rigid or semi-rigid frame
• Filtration focus: dust and particulates while allowing airflow
• Mounting: flexible fit for circular openings; removable for cleaning

How to use

Align the DEMCiflex 80 mm round filter with the 80 mm circular opening or fan frame and press it into place according to the mounting method of your device. Ensure the mesh side faces the incoming airflow direction to capture particulates before they enter the enclosure. Periodically remove the filter and clean it by gently washing or using compressed air, allow it to dry fully before reinstalling to maintain filtration performance and prevent moisture-related issues.

Recommendations

Inspect the filter monthly in dusty environments and clean as needed; replace the filter if the mesh is torn or the frame is deformed to ensure continued protection and proper airflow.
