Foglio abrasivo KWB 830480 P800 230x280mm 5 pezzi

The KWB 830480 abrasive sheet is a wet-and-dry silicon carbide sanding sheet sized 230 x 280 mm, supplied in a pack of 5. With a P800 grit it is intended for fine sanding and achieves smooth finishes on materials such as paint, varnish, resin, glass, stone, plastics and metal. The sheets are especially flexible for working on contoured surfaces and designed for efficient material removal while retaining long life.

Advantages

These KWB abrasive sheets combine silicon carbide grit for effective cutting with a flexible backing that adapts to curved surfaces. The wet-and-dry construction allows use with water or other lubricants to reduce clogging and extend lifetime. P800 grit provides a fine abrasive action suitable for finishing and smoothing without excessive scratching.

How to use

Select the P800 sheet and, if applicable, attach it to a suitable sanding block or backing pad to ensure even pressure. For best results on paint, varnish or resin use with water or a compatible lubricant to reduce dust and clogging; rinse the sheet occasionally and replace when worn. When working on delicate surfaces test on a small area first and proceed with steady, even strokes following the grain or contour.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask when dry sanding. For automotive or painted surfaces, start with a compatible coarser grit if needed, then finish with the P800 sheet for a smooth result. Store sheets flat and dry to maintain flexibility and performance.
