Friggitrice ad aria Xiaomi MAF10 Single 6.5 L 1800 W nero

The Xiaomi MAF10 Single 6.5 L 1800 W hot air fryer delivers 360° convection heating for even, flip-free cooking and a 6.5 L capacity suitable for family portions. It features NTC precise temperature control with an adjustable range of 40–220°C, an automatic 30-minute keep-warm mode, an LCD smart display with touch and spin controls, 12 preset cooking modes, and smartphone connectivity via the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app for scheduling and cloud recipes. The unit includes a dual-layer PTFE water-based non-stick coating for easier cleaning, a protective grill around the heating element, and a rear cooling vent to extend lifespan.

Advantages

Upgraded circular air duct and 360° convection deliver uniform heating directly to the frying basket so most foods do not need flipping. The built-in high-temperature degrease function reduces excess fat and oil (manufacturer-stated degreasing efficiency figures) while preserving texture. NTC temperature monitoring ensures accurate control from low-temperature tasks like defrosting and fermentation (40°C) up to high-temperature roasting and frying (220°C). The large 6.5 L capacity accommodates whole chickens and larger batches. Smart features include 24-hour scheduling, 100 cloud recipes, and one-touch presets for simplified operation.

Suitable for

• Roasting whole chicken and family meals
• Frying and baking with reduced oil
• Defrosting, yogurt fermentation and fruit drying at low temperatures
• Quick high-temperature roasting and grilling
• Everyday reheating and keeping food warm up to 30 minutes

How to use

Place the fryer on a flat, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a suitable outlet. Use the LCD display to select a preset or manually set temperature and time by spinning and tapping the control. For low-temperature tasks such as yogurt or drying, set 40–80°C and monitor the recommended durations; for baking and everyday frying use 80–180°C; for crispy roasting and grilling use 180–220°C. After cooking the appliance automatically switches to a 30-minute keep-warm mode. Allow the unit and basket to cool before cleaning. Follow the user manual for detailed safety instructions and initial setup.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even airflow. Use the app to access one-touch cloud recipes and scheduling. Clean the non-stick basket by rinsing after cooling and avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the PTFE coating.
