How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and fill the oil to the marked level, leaving space for the food to avoid overflow. Plug in the unit and set the rotary control to the desired temperature according to the recipe or food type. Allow the oil to reach the set temperature before lowering the frying basket into the oil to ensure even cooking. Monitor frying time and lift the basket to drain excess oil before transferring food to a paper towel-lined plate. After use, switch off and unplug the fryer, let the oil cool to a safe temperature, then remove the basket and any detachable parts for cleaning following the manufacturer's care instructions.

Recommendations

Use oils with a suitable smoke point for deep frying, avoid overloading the basket to maintain oil temperature, and replace or filter oil regularly to preserve food quality. For safety, always allow the appliance to cool before cleaning and keep it out of reach of children while in use.
