• Type: Hand (immersion) blender, stick design
• Power: 500 W
• Speed settings: 2-speed control
• Primary functions: Blending, pureeing, emulsifying
• Intended use: Direct processing in pots, bowls and containers

How to use

Insert the immersion shaft into the food or liquid to be processed, ensuring the blade area is fully submerged before switching the unit on. Select the appropriate speed setting according to the desired consistency — use the lower speed for light mixing and the higher speed for thorough pureeing. Move the blender gently within the container to achieve an even texture, and avoid operating the device dry. After use, disconnect from the power supply and detach the shaft for cleaning following the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, process hot liquids with caution and keep the motor unit away from water during cleaning. Use the lower speed for delicate ingredients and the higher speed for tougher items; ensure the blade area remains submerged to prevent splashing. Regular cleaning of the shaft and blade will maintain performance and hygiene.
