With a sustained native transfer rate up to 160 MB/s (up to 400 MB/s compressed), 846 m tape length and 6.1 µm thickness, this LTO-6 cartridge is designed for long-term data storage, backup and archive applications. It supports hardware AES-256 encryption, WORM functionality and is compatible with LTO-6 drives; LTO-6 drives are backward compatible with LTO-5 (read/write) and LTO-4 (read) cartridges.
