Garmont Akron GTX Scarpe da avvicinamento - Fin Blue/Citrus Orange - taglia 46,5

The Garmont Akron GTX stands apart from typical approach shoes by combining a lightweight, athletic feel with the rugged protection of a GORE-TEX® membrane. This Fin Blue/Citrus Orange edition brings vibrant colour to technical terrain, while the precise lacing and climbing-inspired toe ensure confidence on rock, scree, and mixed trails. Whether you’re scrambling to the crag or hiking a via ferrata, the Akron GTX delivers waterproof comfort without sacrificing sensitivity.

Highlights

• GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane for waterproof, breathable protection
• Durable suede leather and abrasion-resistant mesh upper
• Climbing-style lacing extends to the toe for a precise, secure fit
• EVA midsole with medium-density heel support for all-day cushioning
• Garmont® GTF Diamante outsole with climbing zone for reliable grip
• Protective rubber toe cap and heel counter for durability

In daily use

The Akron GTX excels on long approaches and technical hikes. The GORE-TEX® lining keeps feet dry through wet grass, stream crossings, and sudden showers, while the breathable mesh panels prevent overheating during strenuous climbs. The asymmetric lacing system allows fine-tuned adjustment from midfoot to toe, giving you the precision needed for edging and smearing. The outsole’s climbing zone at the toe provides extra friction on rock, and the heel brake enhances control on descents. With a comfortable fit and supportive midsole, this shoe transitions seamlessly from trailhead to summit.
