Griglia di protezione per ventola Panasonic ASFN68001, 60×60 mm (L×A)

Protective grill Panasonic ASFN68001 for 60×60 mm cooling fans is a metal guard designed to cover square axial fans and maintain unobstructed airflow while preventing accidental contact with rotating blades. The grill fits standard 60 mm fans used in electronic enclosures, power supplies, compact servers and industrial control cabinets. Its slim profile and mounting holes allow secure attachment without significantly altering fan performance.

Advantages

The metal grille reduces the risk of finger contact and ingress of tools or debris, improving user safety and equipment reliability. Its open design maintains ventilation efficiency and minimizes added resistance to airflow. The robust construction offers mechanical protection for the fan and helps extend component service life in environments where foreign objects or accidental contact are possible.

Suitable for

• 60×60 mm axial cooling fans in electronic enclosures
• Power supply units and compact server cooling systems
• Industrial control cabinets and automation equipment
• DIY and repair projects requiring blade protection and ventilation

Key specifications

• Compatibility: square axial fans with 60 mm frame dimensions (width × height)
• Material: metal construction for mechanical protection
• Design: open grille pattern to allow airflow with minimal restriction
• Mounting: standard screw holes for secure attachment to fan frame or enclosure
• Profile: low-profile to limit impact on installation depth

How to use

Position the grill over the fan so that the mounting holes align with the fan or enclosure screw points. Secure the grill using screws appropriate for the fan frame or housing, ensuring the grill is flush and stable. Confirm that the grille does not contact the rotating blades and that airflow direction remains unobstructed. Periodically inspect and clean the grille to remove dust or debris that could reduce ventilation effectiveness.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant screws if the grill is installed in humid or outdoor-adjacent environments. For systems with high airflow sensitivity, verify fan performance after installation to ensure cooling capacity remains sufficient.
